This site has one contact form and a cookie banner. Here is exactly what that means for your data, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Who we are

Durfina Corporation s.r.o., Farská 1342/50, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia, decides how the personal data described here is used. Write to info@durfinasystems.com or call +421 918 513 248 with any question about it.

The contact form

The form asks for your name, email address, company, phone number and message, and we use them only to answer you and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox; you can withdraw it any time by emailing us, which does not affect anything done beforehand.

Every field is required, and nothing makes you fill any of them in — but the form will not send while one is empty, and without a name, a company and a way to reply we cannot give you a useful answer. If you would rather not use the form, email or call us instead.

Submissions reach us by email and are not stored in any database on this site. The message we receive also carries the IP address it was sent from and the time it arrived, so we can recognise abuse of the form; both are part of the same email and are deleted with it. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, and delete the ones that lead nowhere sooner. The form also has two hidden anti-spam fields — one that only bots fill in, and the time the form was opened. Neither identifies you and neither is kept.

Cookies

Nothing that tracks you runs before you allow it. On a first visit a banner asks, and until you answer, the site has only the two cookies it needs to work: ds_lang, which remembers the language you picked and lasts a year, and ds_consent, which remembers your answer to the banner and lasts six months. Neither identifies you, and everything still works if you delete them.

Accept analytics and we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. It sets the _ga cookies for two years and shows us which pages people read and where they leave, in aggregate rather than person by person. Accept marketing and we load the Meta Pixel, which sets _fbp and _fbc for three months and tells us whether a Facebook or Instagram ad brought in someone who then got in touch. Until you accept marketing, the Meta script is never fetched; the Google tags run in consent mode, which sets no cookie and stores nothing while you have not agreed.

You can change your mind whenever you like from Cookie settings, which is in the footer of every page. Switching a category off deletes the cookies it set.

Google and Meta process this outside the EU, so accepting a category means data about your visit reaches the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and both companies' EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification. Refuse, and nothing is sent to either of them.

Which language you get

Opening the site's root address sends you to one of the language versions. That is decided from your browser's own language settings, or from your country if our hosting reports it to us directly. Either way we ask no outside service and your IP address is never sent anywhere to work it out.

What we never do

Nothing here decides anything about you automatically. We do not profile you, score you or let a machine judge your enquiry — every reply comes from a person, and the measurement tags only ever tell us about visits in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, run a newsletter, or hand anything to anyone beyond the companies named on this page. The site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children; we do not knowingly collect anything about anyone under 16, and if you tell us we have, we will delete it.

Hosting and security

The site and the mailbox that receives the form are both run by Websupport, s.r.o. in the European Union, so your message stays on EU servers. Their systems log requests — IP address, time, page and browser — for operation and security, and neither we nor they use those logs for anything else.

Every page is served over an encrypted connection, and the mailbox is reachable only by us. Websupport handles data on our instructions under a written processing agreement; Google and Meta do so under their own data protection terms, which we have accepted, and only for what you allow them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it, and you can object to our processing. Where we act on your consent, you can take it back at any time. Email info@durfinasystems.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk) or, in Czechia, to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

Changes to this page

We update this page whenever the site changes — a new form, a new tag, a new supplier. The date at the top says when that last happened, and anything material is written out here rather than changed quietly.
